Also, Gaming Lagoon doesn't appear to have any privacy policy. Can I safely assume they won't spam my phone/email or send junk mail? And if I use my PrivatePhone number, will that work? Again, I'm referring to Gaming Lagoon itself, not the offers; I know I shouldn't use my real number for those.

You need to use an actual number, not PrivatePhone, for signing up at Gaming Lagoon as they require you to confirm your account that way, by calling from that phone. I'd perhaps send a message to them, via supportlagoon and see what they say. I haven't had any spam at all from Gaming Lagoon themselves, just a few emails with updates on their site over the course since signing up in February.

Finally got it to work; I was having trouble because FireForm was screwing up the formatting of the page or something.

Rule of thumb is always read the ToS (Terms of Service) for all offers or anything else you sign up for on the net. Never give your info without reading the ToS. If you signed up for some phone offers go back and read the ToS for them all you may have racked up some unwanted charges, in the ToS it also tells you how to cancel.
