Hey guys. I just noticed that a few of the entrants in this pool were from Canada. This brings up a little bit of an issue that I hadn't thought of prior. Shipping to Canada can be quite expensive and while I'm more than happy to part with the games and the $8 it costs to ship them in the USA, I'm finding myself not so willing to part with the $20+ that it would cost to get the games to Canada. I think that I'm going to have to add the restriction of USA based CAGs only in this pool. I'm really sorry about this guys, but if you are entered in the pool and do not have a USA address, please let me know so that I can remove your name from the pool (unless you are willing to agree to pay for the excess shipping costs should your team win, that would be OK too). I'm really sorry to have to ask this of the Canadian CAGs participating, but there's not much that I can do. Thank you.

It's ridiculous. The drama of the tournament comes from the David vs. Goliath aspect. Can anyone seriously get excited about a 18-12 Stanford team being an 11 seed and upsetting a 6 seed? Same goes for Illinois at 12. It's a bit absurd that the number of mid-major at-large bids keep going down year after year, even with all the parity that is now in college basketball.

I am sick and tired of these people thinking the 6th best team in a "power" conference is better than teams like Missouri State, Drexel, Air Force, Appalachian State etc etc etc...

Not really because it is all chance anyways. I used a Mountain Dew cap with Michigan State decide my fate the year they went all the way. I know it isn't the same from copying a fellow brackateer, but just because he copies doesn't better his odds. Though a 16 might not beat a 1 there are always the chance for upsets. If I was new to the bracket pools this might piss me off slightly, but I look at it like if he wants to copy he can't complain later. I'd rather take my chances on my own pics. No I am not high, No I have not watched them play this year save the MD games which I caught a minute or 2 of.

I had a fucked up bracket (see: all 1 seeds) and I just did my bracket to screw around - you never see all one seeds in the final four, and I knew if duke could get hot they'd be tough to beat.

I'd like to thank you again for this pool OP, I had decided to give up the rest of the tournament after my actual school lost. Fucking Illinois blew a 10 point lead with less than 4 minutes left and Virginia Tech scored the last 12 points of the game to win by 2.

Needless to say, I am still pissed off and bitter. Atleast I get to cheer on a fellow B10 school b/c of you though :) It put me in a slightly better mood.

The tourney just hasn't been as exciting this year, period. With the lack of big upsets and all of the 1 and 2 seeds in the final four, it's just been fairly lackluster. Granted, there have been some really good games, especially over the last few days, but it's really lacked that huge "March Madness" feel. Either way, go UCLA!
