Rubbing alcohol....will take care of it right away. Make sure to use a lot. Just dump it right on. Especially the areas with open sores.

Try Cortaid, or anything with Cortisone.
Acid will get rid of that rash right away... but there are some problems that occur after...

like jimodan said, Apply hydrocortisone 1% three times a day and if its that bad take oral benadryl also. That should help immensly.
