I'm looking to sell my Indigo Gamecube in the local online classifieds. I'm just wondering what kind of price I should put on it. I have four controllers I can include with it two first party and two third party. What would be a good asking price?

Don't know about canadian amount. But U.S., it would be $40 for the system w/ 1 controller, then $5 each for the additional controllers. That would be fair since that's more than what Gamestop gives for them and it's less than what they sell for.

At this point in time I wouldn't suggest it, simply because its just not worth much. You can always keep your controllers if you're getting a Wii, but honestly, for $40-60, i don't think its worth selling.

I have a wii so Im just trying to get rid of it because I dont use it anymore. I use my Wii for playing gamecube games and replacing all the controllers with wavebirds because wired controllers with multiple in my room equals disaster. Maigoyume, you really think I should just hang tough for now?

I sold a GCN and one controller on gametz.com about two months ago for $65 US shipped. This is probably your last chance to sell and still get a half-way decent amount of money.

Maigoyume, you really think I should just hang tough for now?the thing is, the value won't increase, it will only decrease, your best bet is selling it off on an online trading site like Crotch said, and even though i have a wii i just keep my gc in the off chance that someone is using the wii (besides me of course) and i want to play gc games (plus its always good having 2 party consoles when friends are over)

Edit: I also don't want to use my Wii anymore than I need to, just in case it does end up wearing it out due to constant playing of GC games.

I'd trade it online but then I would likely end up making less money due to the ridiculous Canada Post mailing fees wouldn't I?

Yeah - when I sold it to the guy, I made sure he knew it was $40 before shipping. Otherwise, I barely would have made a profit.

What is the best online place to sell it?

Well Im going to throw it up on local classifieds and online sites after school. What are some good online places? How much would be good if I include the four controllers?

I suggest you do what I did (http://gametz.com/wGames/GameCube/Nintendo+GameCube.html). Some/many of them may be too lazy to remove the Cube from the wanted list, but you should be able to find someone on there willing to buy it. I recommend you negotiate the price with the buyer.
