I'm a gamer, but I'll talk 5 miles to save ten bucks. So, Cheapass.

I walked around in 35 degree temps wearing Jeans and a T-Shirt today to save 6 dollars on parking when I went to lunch at the mall. Cheap ass it is.

More of a gamer. I like getting games cheaper than usual, but that's where my cheap-assness stops. I won't buy a shitty game just because it's cheap and I won't buy shitty hardware (TVs, sound stuff, computer stuff, etc.) just because it's cheap either. That just makes no sense to me whatsoever.

Thats a tough call. Cheapness pervades other facets of my life outside of gaming. But gaming is definitely a big part of my life as well. Thats like asking someone if they are a "insert race here" or a "insert religion here", when they are clearly both.
"Gamer", even though I prefer "player of video games".

Gamer. I don't mind paying MSRP or near-MSRP for a game that I really really want.
Gamer. Like most who answered this, I'll get something at or near MSRP if I really want it. I'll also pay reasonable rates for collector's items or import games.

I'm really just a gamer without a job. The cheap-assness just comes with the territory.

While I'd like to say I'm both, I think the cheapassness has invaded more aspects of my life than gaming. We get groceries at Save-a-Lot, we shop at the 99 cent store and Everything $5 store. I get pretty much everything else from discount places online. The only things I don't normally cheap-out on are stuff for the pets and electronics. As a result, our pets eat like kings while we eat Ramen and watch our beautiful HD widescreen TV. I like to think of it like this: Being a cheapass in certain aspects of life let's me splurge in other aspects. If I was a middle of the line kind of guy, then I'd just have an average everything instead of a few really nice things and some shitty things.

I'm a cheapass but that doesn't mean I'm always cheap. On vacation I left a $15 tip for a $50 bill whereas I could have just left $10 or less. I save money where I can, when I can. Every other time, I spend without regard.

Today, I gave a $1.00 tip on pizza that took over an hour to get here.

I'm not really a cheapass. I prefer to get my games ASAP when they come out, regardless if I get a good deal or not. Basically I am here for the chance of getting a good deal on a game I want. But just because there isn't a good deal on a game I want doesn't mean I'm not going to buy it.

cheapass. If I find something I like at the store. I'll search the internet to see if I can find it somewhere cheaper. Only thing I pay retail for is food, shoes, clothes, hygiene products, and cologne. Everything else must be purchased on a deal, or sell.

I have to be a cheapass. Cheapness invades every aspect of my life. Plus, with work and school, my gaming takes a backseat occasionally.
