I remember:

Karate Kid (NES)

That's all I can remember now.

No, it is extremely rare for me to sell a game. But there are quite a few games I have bought more than once (Generally PC games from RPG collections). I think I own about 7 copies of Wizardry VII for one.

Nah. Once I sell a game it's a pretty good indication I am done with it for good.

Tekken Tag Tournament

I didn't play it enough so I sold it. I then got a copy of the game through a CAG trade a week or so ago.

I think I just might get super mario sunshine again, I didn't play it much and sold it with my cube to raise the price a little. That will be my first if I do it.

Several:
Super Metroid (SNES)
Zelda: Link to the Past (SNES)
Sonic CD (Sega CD)
Snatcher (Sega CD)
Tecmo Bowl (NES)
Duck Tales (NES)

You'll notice those are old games. I eventually learned my lesson, though there are also games I sold that I haven't re-purchased yet, but plan to: Secret of Mana (SNES) and Lunar: Eternal Blue (Sega CD).

I sold my copy of Grandia a while back for a lot of money and recently bought it back... for not as much, amazingly... especially considering I bought it new this time, but sold the old copy used.

All I can remember is from this gen, and that would be BF2, Tomb Raider legend, and Top Spin 2.

NHL 07...

I still don't know why I sold it but then again I still don't know why I bought it and continue to play it.

shin megami tensei nocturne.... several times. I really have a love/hate relationship with that game, I enjoyed the dungeons but I'm apperently horrible at skill development.

Plenty of old games, but more recently I rebought Halo, Ninja Gaiden (Got "Black" this time though as opposed to my launch copy of the original release), and Crimson Skies once I got a 360. Thankfully the 3 games I deem worth owning on the Xbox are BC on the 360. ;)

No, I only get rid of a game if I am sure I will never want to play it again

GTAIII. My first copy got fried along with my PS2 during a thunderstorm, so I sold it to GS (minus their resurfacing fees) to get some of the money back. I eventually got another copy when I got a new PS2, with a warranty of course, for under $15 for a used copy.

Yep. Star Ocean: Til The End of Time.

And I have no idea why. Maybe because it was $20?

Stuff I stupidly got rid of as a kid and bought again in the last few years:

NES:
Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt
Super Mario Bros. 3
Rescue Rangers
TMNT II: The Arcade Game

Super NES:
Actraiser
Donkey Kong Country
Killer Instinct
Mechwarrior 3050
Secret Of Evermore
Star Fox
Super Mario RPG
Super Star Wars

Nowadays I usually just sell/trade stuff if I'm sure I'll never play it again, but there are a couple games I've bought again:

Quackshot (Genesis) - I didn't give this one a fair chance, so I bought it again. Turned out I liked it the second time around.
Madden '97 (SNES) - Actually, I don't know why I bought this again. Probably because it was dirt cheap and I figured I might want to play some football on the SNES someday. So far, I haven't.

Heh - me too! I hated it the first time (but didn't give it a fair chance) and I'm still not liking it so much right now but I couldn't resist it at $10.

Firefighter FD 18. It didn't have the manual, but I wish I would have kept it instead of needing to buy a new one for like $50.

The only one I remember off the top of my head is Golgo 13 (NES). I could never get past one of the first-person sections when I was a kid, so I think that's why it got put in the garage sale pile.

I picked it up again a couple of years ago along with Mafat Conspiracy for dirt cheap.

I still have a box for Kings of the Beach that is dying for a cartridge to live inside it again though.

I learned quicker about not selling systems than I did about games. I've owned two gameboys and two NESs. I sold my TurboGrafx and Lynx but haven't replaced them.

an atari 2600 with 20+ games for $20 at my family's garage sale (which felt like a lot to me at the time)
fortunately the guy returned it because he thought it was broken
unfortunately, years later my parents' basement flooded and all the items were lost
so had to rebuy some of that stuff

If getting rid of one version of a game on one system then buying on another counts:

GTA III
GTA: Vice City

The Resident Evil & Metal Gear Solid games. But I had the Ps1 versions of MGS & RE before, but decided to get the GC remakes, since those would be much more entertaining to play.

I traded in a bunch of N64, PS1, PS2, and DC games when I was younger and needed some extra money for games. There's still some games I've sold that I'd like to re-buy someday.

What I've re-bought:
Sega CD - Sonic CD
N64 - All of THQ's WCW and WWE games, Pokemon Snap.
PS1 - THPS 2, Metal Gear Solid.
PS2 - THPS 3, GT 3 A-Spec, GTA 3.
DC - Seaman, Jet Grind Radio, Typing of the Dead, Shenmue, Space Channel 5, Virtua Tennis.

I sold a ton of launch copies of N64 games and ps1 games back in the day and have regretted it ever since. I learned my lesson and neever sell games anymore (especially at the rip off prices from gamestop/eb). I just build collections then stash them in some good boxes for safe keeping.

FFVIII, sold and rebought it like four times.
Chrono Cross, did that about two times.
Shenmue I and II, I want I again, and II I sold and got it again like twice.
Those are just the ones that stand out in my mind, there are a bunch of games I would like to rebuy but I just haven't gotten around to it.
