Well...
That's unusually flexable.

I'd say if it's bumpy, you had too much fun on shore leave...

I bought the Onyx one a few weeks ago, and I just tested it out after seeing the video you posted. Its exactly the same. You cant tell by looking at it straight down, but when you hold it the way you filmed the video, you can see the give in the screen. I had the original fatty DS, and I dont believe it did that. I guess thats the way they make them now.

same with my black ds that i bought recently, not being a previous ds owner I thought the softness of the screen was normal. But once I put on the hori screen protector, my touchscreen doesn't do that anymore

That's just the norm for the DS lites. Probably has to do with why the screen seems much more scratch resistant than the one on the Phat.

Though I never bothered with screen protectors for either. Have had both since their launches and neither have any noticeable scratches.

you have to get screen protectors if anyone else ever plays your ds. they can be pretty brutal.

I have a DS Lite and thats not the norm, my touch screen doesn't push in like his does. I do have a white one though,so maby it just does it with the black/pink ones?

I have a black one and it does not have that bubble effect.

My white lite does it, too. I figured it was normal. Hasn't created any problems yet, so I'm not going to worry about it.

Odd. I would contact Nintendo about that.
