The 11-year old prodigies in the awesome new rock group "The Blackout Band" have just cut a new single about VIDEOGAMES!! Totally rad!

Now, I can understand humorously bad acts as well as anyone, but how did they get a legitimate-looking video while sounding so awful I wanted to jam my head through my LCD?

Old Skull wants to crush their skulls.
EDIT: After choking them with hot dogs, of course.

My first thought was, "Tenacious D?"
Even with their two-line "verses" they still have more complicated lyrics than anything by Black-Eyed Peas or Smashmouth. Do they even have a guitarist, though? All I hear is bass. Okay, I've officially analyzed these little kids far too much.

At least over the internet. Can't blam a guy for trying, though.

They weren't signed, these aren't kids that started a band in their basement, some company picked these kids in auditions, those probably aren't even their voices.

Why did you make me watch that, and hear that nasally whiny prepubescent voices. Which will forever haunt my dreams.

There's no denying that, but there's also no denying that these little pre-pre-madonnas are striving to imitate that guy's vocals.
They suck. They know they suck. They're trying to copy a weird voice in an attempt to hide the fact that they suck. It's not working, and they still sound like they suck (not that their "fans" wouldn't buy into their crap either way).
