Hey guys I just ordered by onyx DS lite and was wondering what in your opinion were some of the best/useful accessories for it?

Carry cases (http://reviews.dcemu.co.uk/), R4 (http://reviews.dcemu.co.uk/review-r4ds-r4-revolution-for-ds-slot-1-54318.html) or M3 (http://reviews.dcemu.co.uk/review-m3-ds-simply-cartridge-slot-1-54763.html)

Definitely a case.
Theres 2 basic styles, cases that just store the DS and you take it out of the case to play (what I have), and then theres those cases that flip open and you play the DS in them. I have no experience with those tho.
If you look thru a few pages of this forum, there should be quite a few threads with reviews of the different cases available.

Definately the R4. Love that thing.

I did order the R4 from dealextreme...though I'll look into the case too.

A case, a good microfiber cloth for cleaning off fingerprints, and game storage cases.

O yea, I forgot...screen protector. I suggest HORI or Clarivue.

I'll be reviewing two types of cases as well as hardcases. I have a SFBags which is just a carry case for the DS Lite and I just reviewed another case that you mentioned that is a carry case but allows you to play the DS Lite while in the case

Besides what the others have recommended, I would recommend getting an extending stylus. I have a Hori one and like it every much. It fits into the regular DS Lite slot too so no need to worry about having to carry it around separately.
Another accessory I've been eye was a DS Lite skin. It's kinda like those skins that go on the Wiimotes but this one goes on your DS. It seems like the best option to protect your DS's glossy finish from scratches and stuff. The problem is, the site I found them at is down for the moment.

I like the armorlite shell for around the DS:

and the Hori clear screen for inside.http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-b7-77-5-49-en-15-hori%2Bds%2Blite%2Bscreen-70-196x.html

People complained that the armorlite is hard to take off and can damage the DS because of the way it clips on.

I have an Armorlite on my DS. I love it. It protects and hardly adds to the size and weight. Now I haven't tried to remove it and I don't know why I would since it does what I want. We'll see when I eventually try.

No problems, here, but maybe that's because I leave it on.
