Halo 3 Xbox LIVE 12 month cards??

Anyone heard anything about this? Wondering what makes it "Halo 3". Is it just a picture for marketing, or maybe another way into the Beta? Maybe includes the new Halo 2 maps that are coming? Or just marketing BS? What do you guys think?
