Will I need a HD to play on live? Or is it just required for dls of demos and such?

Well, you need something to store your profile on.
You could get a memory card.

you need some kind of memory..IMO u shouldnt waste ur money on the memory card, unless ur short on cash.

Luckly I was able to win a card off ebay for really cheap. I do have one other question though...Are there any updated rosters for madden, like current rosters for dl?

yea they update automatically usually. i dont personally have madden but i have other sports games and they do..its not 100% up to date though cause they take madd long timez to put up new rosters. anyway that shouldnt be a problem considering football season is over

be careful about those live cards you win on ebay, many times people have problems using them so make sure your's is legit
