Try this.
google and find out what it is and what it does.
If its useless then close all programs you have open and try to delete it again.
If you still cant. Try to find the process and end it. THEN delete.

I tried all that, nothing happened. BUT, not to worry, because I realized the solution was as simple as rebooting my computer and then deleting them. I feel stupid.
