Problem with 1600PT Card From Best Buy

I went to scratch off my numbers on the back of the card
and I notice the first two characters are missing and so are
the first two letters in subscription above the numbers. I
called Microsoft who cannot help even though it's their error
it was printed wrong and Best Buy is not allowing me to exchange it.
SO my question to you all if you have a 1600 pt card can you please
give me an idea of the 1st two characters to try?

Are you assuming Best Buy won't let you exchange it or have you actually talked to someone with authority there and explained the situation? A friend of mine went through similar with a card he got from BB and exchanged it with very little trouble.

A) Stop giving Best Buy your money. You're also wasting about a half barrel of oil with all that damn plastic. Buy it from Wal-mart instead.
B) Try different combinations. You only have 1296 possibilities at maximum.
