Need CC with set spending limit

Need to find a credit card that works almost like a giftcard where I can use it as a CC but it has a set limit on it such as $1-20. Paypal is coming out with a virtual CC which would serve this purpose but I can't seem to get it to work if it even is working. Need it so I can sign up for trials and stuff without the company having its hand in my credit account for future self helpings. Only if I like the company will I switch to a real CC.

Convient stores like 7-11 carry refillable debit cards. You can use something like that. Just put like 50 in there and that's the worst they can do.
