Title pretty much says it all ... it must be a white T-Shirt. The cheapest shipping for mine was $4.99, bringing it up to $6.99. Not too bad IMO.
1) Upload your image
2) Pick your size
3) Your $2 shirt will ship in 3-5 days!

my friend made a few shirts through this company and gave them out as prizes for fantasy football. he used pictures of embarrassing moments of each player, and you could choose which shirt you wanted if you won. it was pretty effective in getting everybody to stick with their fantasy team game throughout the year hehe. :D

What kind of resolution should the picture be?
The website states 100-200 ppi with a maximum printing area of 13.5" x 16.5" so maximum resolution would be 2700 x 3300. I'd suggest at least a 10" x 10" at 200 ppi (2000 x 2000).

How do I find out what dpi a picture is?
dpi/ppi is more pf a printing standard, say you had a picture that was 1600 x 1200 and you divide that by 200 ppi then the image should be no bigger than 8" x 6" on the T-Shirt.

I have a couple questions about the quality of the print that I was hoping you could help me out with...
Is the image made with a sort of paint on top of the shirt?
Is it more similar to ink that sinks into the fabric of the shirt?
Is it shiny like an iron-on or matte (dull)?
Is there a sort of clear stuff in the image where there is no color, as though they printed it out and placed it on the shirt?
Most importantly, does it look like a shirt (quality-wise) that you bought at a store?
EDIT: Sorry I'm being so picky about these questions, I recently designed a couple things I want silk-screened onto a shirt and if this is the right quality, I'm going to print up a bunch of them for myself and friends.

It seems to be ink, not an iron on. As for the quality of the shirt, it's not as good as you would buy in a clothing store, but it's not an undershirt either. To tell the truth, it's the quality of shirt you would buy to paint on or tie-dye, as uninformative as that sounds, but that's the only way I can describe it.

I think it's actually Gildan, but yeah I have a bunch of their Ts as well. It's a good quality shirt, but it isn't very soft.
As for CafePress, they suck ass. Granted, the idea is awesome - get anything printed on anything and make money - but their prints suck ass. Here's a perfect example, my Free ODB shirt, next to my new Printfection shirt and a shirt I bought at a store:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v178/inanimania/snackattackshirt.jpg
As you can see, the CafePress shirt has this terrible 'invisible' box around the printed image - a glaring indicator of cheap iron-on quality. The Snack Attack shirt, on the other hand, has no outline of where the image was printed and then screened on to the shirt - the colors dont blur together, it looks like a very clean screen print, that sinks into the fabric like an ink would. It feels like fabric to the touch. The Nintendo shirt was screenprinted with some sort of paint; it has a slight reflective quality as a result of the use of paint and feels smooth to to the touch. You probably have a shirt printed like the Nintendo shirt, but I've only had one shirt that I bought at a store that was printed like the Printfection shirt. Lastly, the colors don't exactly match the image I gave them, which was CMYK. The yellow on the cupcake wrapper is more yellow than it should be, as in the original image I gave them it was more tan. No biggie for me though.
All in all, it is a great quality for the price (that of a shirt bought at a store), and it is lightyears beyond the quality of CafePress. Which is shit.

Your ODB Shirt looks like it was "printed" using their heat transfer method which gives it that shiny look as well. CafePress does "Direct Printing" also which is the same method PrintFection is using. So I think the problem was the method of printing chosen in the Printing Options not CafePress.

So what would you call using the images of the Simpsons, Gears of War, Metal Gear Solid, etc? Unfair use? I know for a fact no one here owns the rights to use that stuff.
Yes but no. I think it's one thing to put copyrighted material on a T-shirt that isn't already on a T-shirt -- I might go so far as to call that an art project, and more power to you. That "Turtles" shirt is already a shirt -- a shirt that's for sale from a store that I think compensates t-shirt designers very fairly. That's stealing bread out from under the shirt designer's nose -- uncool.

But what if the shirt design is "retired" and isn't for sale? He isn't making any money from that shirt design on the threadless site anymore.

Could anyone here make this image a little bigger?
It is showing up too small on the sizing chart and it keeps saying the resolution will be poor.

Yep, and I've gotten all of my shirts minus the one I just ordered already and I only got charged 7$ for one, 9 for other (was front+back) and 7 for this one.

For those who wanted, or want, the Foxhound insignia:

and in color:

Though the B&W looks better, imo.

I saw this picture on Digg just a minute ago, thought it was pretty cute - and just had to bring this thread back up.

I went ahead and photoshopped it a bit to give it a white background too:

It's apparently from Threadless, so anyone who's interested might just want to grab theirs instead of making your own.
