You could go to a grocery store and ask them if you can have some of the boxes their products came in.

If you mean boxes for shipping and not generic boxes to pack things in for moving purposes, I would go with uline.com

I would also recommend a grocery store. I work at one and almost every day somebody asks for boxes so we always have some ready. That is if your looking for shipping boxes.

If you're looking for boxes for storage or moving, I would go with www.boxbundles.com

Most liquor stores give them away free, but they are usually larger sized @ 18x 12 x 18.

I think the question that needs to be answered by OP is are you moving. Or for stuff like ebay sales, and trading?
If your moving don't pay for boxes its stupid. Go to a walmart grocery store etc, and they'll have free ones.
