View Full Version : Deals on Sirius?
I fell in love with Sirius when I was riding around with my friend the other night. I am really interested in getting signed up but I am looking for deals or suggestions on a tuner. I definitely need a car kit, not too concerned about the home kit. Anything helps, thanks!

I'm not sure if you have a K-Mart near by, but this receiver is on clearance for $38:

Also the following boombox is $23:

Of course this is YMMV, but it is worth a shot. I scored a used one w/ car kit on the cheap at my Goodwill and it is a decent receiver.

Nope, no K-Marts near me :( Thanks for the heads up though.

If you have a Target near you they have X-Act sirius car kits (comes with reciever and everything you need to get started) for $7.48 on clearance, but they are hard to come by since it is so cheap. You gotta pay $12.99 a month though, wich is kinda a downer. I believe Wal-Mart also has some X-Act Sirius Radios on clearance as well. I just paid $500 for a lifetime and a $15 activation. I gotta drive over 65 miles to work each day so I get my use out of it. Or try to buy a used one off of Ebay, though each radio has an ID so that may not work when you try to activate it.
