I am planning to buy a code breaker for PS2 with a memory card. Which one is the best one.
Also, do I have buy new codebreaker for future games.

The latest version available, version 9.3. Open the front flap of the package and you can see the version number right on the front of the disc of the latest version. Older packaging sometimes had the version number listed next to the UPC.
Also, do I have buy new codebreaker for future games.
No. You can download new codes directly from the internet from the CodeBreaker interface, or you can download code update files from a PC onto a supported USB flash drive which you then plug into your PS2, or you can enter them manually.
