I have seen it at a lot of b&m for about 10.00 and at used stores (FYE, Gamestop) for less then 10 if you don't mind used.

You can get it used for dirt cheap. Check Gamestops.
If you don't mind a used copy, it can be found at many movie rental places for $7-10.

Me too. In fact, I was finally going to give in and buy Vol 1 and 2 next week at CC for $8.99 each, but now I think I'm going to try and continue holding out for the special edition.

May want to get these editions anyway, never know if the special will have DTS (these editions do)

About time. I couldn't pass up the regular editions of them and I'll definitely double-dip on a special edition release. (Something I almost NEVER do!)
