swapyourgames.com?

Ok, so I have used swapyourgames.com in the past many times, but today I got an email saying they didn't receive games I sent almost 2 weeks ago and they charged me $38 which puts me in a bad position for other reasons.

I emailed them telling them I did send them but I don't really know what else to do.

Has this ever happened to anyone else?
