Also, this isn't really a fair question because I doubt many of us here have tasted both AUTHENTIC Chinese and Italian food.

Oh, and fried dumplings, and crab rangoon, and... and... ahh now I want chinese food :(

Chinese is cheaper so I'll have to say chinese.
Personally, I prefer Thai over Chinese but that is another topic..

One thing I never understood about Chinese food. Chinese food is so greasy, how come there are hardly any fat people in China?

Because they ride their bicycles to work and reproduce too much. Therefore exercise depletes all that fat.

i am a master chef when it comes to italian food. God bless my grandmother and mother for teaching me the skills comparable to that of an iron chef.
