i just bought lost planet at best buy for 55$ using the 5$ coupon(thanks for the coupon whoever posted them). i bought it for my brothers birthday on the 9th.
i just read the best buy 4/15-4/21 thread and saw that lost planet will be down to 50$. will i be able to take the receipt and the game to best buy that i bought it from and get the price change or am i just out of luck.
one more thing, if i actually am able to get the reduced price on the game, does the game have to be still plastic wrapped or is it ok that it has been opened.

Yes, you should be able to PM it down to $45 AC.
I think they pricematch within 30 days. You just need the receipt, so it doesn't matter if the game is unwrapped.
The big question is whether you will get them to give you back $10 (new price=$50 - $5 coupon) or only $5 (the difference between what you paid and the sale price).

depends. i'm not sure if it's a 'sale' or a price drop. if it's a sale, then most likely $5 - the coupons say 'offer not valid in combination with any other coupons or offers'.
if it's a price drop (then it's not an offer, so the coupon should work), i don't know if they'll require you to have a new coupon or of they'll honor the old discount. i agree with bringing a coupon just to be safe. g'luck with that, thisjustanother.

BB should let you Pricematch with $5 off coupon plus extra 10% off lowest price guarantee. If not Buy new coupon w/ $5 off coupon and return with old receipt.
