are they pretty reliable? how long does shipping usually take? I havn't ordered from them before so just asking CAGs on here with experience or past purchases from them.

Their free shipping has taken anywhere from 2 days to 3 weeks for me from California to Florida. Average time is 5 business days.They ship it through different services depending on what the item is (most computer stuff goes first class, dvds by media mail, etc.)

yes, i've ordered there a bunch of times, and mail could come as fast as 1 day, or 7 days...probably cuz it ships from all across teh country's warehouses.
I ordered there like 3 times. I usually order Tuesday morning and get it by Thursday or Friday shipping to Chicago. Haven't had a bad shipping experience with them. Seems a lot faster then cduniverse; order there Monday morning and still waiting for it to come in.

I bought some AKG headphones with free shipping and it took 3 days via UPS ground. I was concerned about them getting crushed, but they were packaged in a good-sized box and those bags of air.
