So, I have a slim PS2, flip top, and swap magic 3.6.
Currently the only import I have is a PAL version of Battle Construction Vehicles. The Swap Magic boots up fine to the "load program" and "video mode" screen. Once that loads up, I assume (didn't come with any sort of instructions) I take out the swap magic and put in the game. I put BCV in, switch "video mode" to PAL and hit "load program." The disc spins, but then tells me it isn't a PS2 disc, or something to that basic effect.
Any idea what's wrong? Or, if I'm even doing this right? Thanks.

Okay, so I've gotten it to boot with square; however, the screen isn't centered. The bottom of the screen is cut off and there is a gap at the top.
