This guy advertises SEALED in the title, and it's actually shrinkwrapped by him. He does the same thing in other auctions.
It's like when people advertise NEW in the title, and the auction says it plays like new. I've even seen people advertise NEW and it's the game disc only.

i agree that its wrong...but he didn't lie....if he would've said factory sealed....that would've been wrong and i would've been a lil pissed...but if he just said sealed (which is true) and didnt bother to say that it was sealed by him (which isn't lying), i would've then been pissed

This reminds me of my first girlfriend. She would buy DVDs, watch them, reseal them at work, and bring them back for a full refund. And I was somehow surprised that she turned out to be a complete flake. Huh. Some kid asked me to do that for him when I worked at a video store, and I told him to leave the store.
As always, be sure to read the fine print when it comes to eBay because there are so many people on there who have no moral qualms about scamming other people.

I thought it was a decent game. Not the best game ever by no means, but it is better then most people would probably assume
And I think it came out before the Sims too

theme hospital kicks ass! it was out before the sims like mentioned above and i used to spend countless hours playing it.. it looks gay but is really addictive.

then you read the description
"THIS GAME IS BRAND NEW!!! I ONLY OPENED IT TO TEST IT !!! "
uhmm..... i dont need a brand new sealed game opened for me and "tested"
These auctions are from idiots who want more money for their USED/Mint condition game and want more "hits" on their auction.
Its a low tactic and when i buy stuff on ebay i always stay away from idiot auctions like that.
