Not that it really matters, but if you want my opinion, here goes. I think it's kinda messed up and I totally see where the other guy is comming from, you are begging for someone to hook you up with a really cheap copy of Disgaea then you turn around and try to sell it for more. HOWEVER, your prices aren't that bad, 20 for disgaea, is fair, and 25 for la pucelle is fair as well. thats 45, plus what 6-7 dollars shipping? comes out to about 52ish, you want 60, thats fair.

But since you only paid 5$ for disgaea and 19 for la pucelle, it would be nice if you hooked someone up for like 40-45$ or so shipped. It just seems kinda of messed up to be begging for something cheap, get it, then try and resell it to turn a profit. But hey, shit happens and if you need the money you need the money. Don't get mad, just my 2 cents.

Dude i agree, I'm the one that says begging then reselling for a profit sucks. I think you got us backwards. Since my name and Zombies name are the same on both sites I have no idea how you mixed that up though.

When I sell things at cost, or give things away, I usually make the stipulation that it is for personal use, and not so the receiver can turn around immediately and make a quick profit. The people who gave the great deals to Zombie could have easily made more money, but they decided to be nice, and he took advantage of them. He feels that he should be able to turn a profit instead of helping someone else like he was helped. Even at $50 he'd break even (assuming he took a check or money order, I agree the paypal fees can get in the way). Perhaps Zombie is actually a celebrity, and his having owned the items increases their value.

Making the stipulation may make the deals I give seem slightly less magnanimous, and there is no way I can really enforce it, but in theory at least it makes things like what Zombie is doing less likely to happen.

We all may not know each other but we are all commerades of a sort, belonging to a club. Sort of like a brotherhood or fraternity. It's not nice to take advantage of the generosity of your brother just to make a quick buck. If Zombie was that hard up for money he should have just solicited (begged) for some from his friends. But, seeing how he chooses to treat his brothers, I doubt he has many friends in the first place. At least, be honest that he's hard up for money in the initial solicitation.

He probaly just used the money to buy more games or some other unnecessary disposable income item.

Yeah, what a dick. I read the thread when it was first created with him begging to get it cheap, and actually hoped he got it because he really wanted it. Then the asshat turned around and sold it for profit. We should shun him from this community, for he hath sinned a great sin- Selling a game given to him for supposed personal use to make money. What a shame.
