Hmmm, after seeing this I might have to go to Sams club tomorrow as well. I keep seeing a bunch of people on here talk about their great scores at Sams, so I think its time I make a trip there.
Btw very nice score and hopefully this isn't as ymmv Sams Club clearances have been.

Just to let you all know don't get your hopes up because just like their parent company Wal-Mart all deals that are found at Sam's Club are extremely YMMV because each store prices their items differently. So, the OP is lucky that his area store did this also I wouldn't call it hoarding if he passes the savings on to his fellow CAGs or others at a cheap price.
P.S. next time OP don't make the pics so big for those that don't have High Speed Internet can find out about your deal without having to wait a long time for those big pics to load.

Being a Sam's Employee those are some crazy low prices. For a Store to have low prices liek that it depends on who is in charge of their markdowns. My store doesn't mark things down a lot for some reason or another.
What happens though is Sam's Employee's are lazy to change the Markdowns. Every week someone that works there has to do paperwork that Sam's cals "No Movement" is something isn't sellign it appears on this list. If it's out for sale and still not selling they take a price drop. Once a price drop occurs this is when the Employee is lazy and doesn't print out he signs for it. Then the same shit occurs every week. The item appears on No Movement gets another markdown and repeat until you have crazy crazy low prices like these.

Man, I need to find one of these "visitor's passes." Anyone that can help a brother out?
You don't need one...just walk into the store, tell them you don't have a pass, and they'll let you in anyway to see if you want to buy one. If you buy anything while you're in there, they had 10% to your order. If you're buying a lot of stuff, it's probably cheaper to buy the pass than to pay the 10% extra.
I don't have a membership, but I go in Sam's Club every once in a while to look around. I just tell the guy checking memberships that I don't have one, but I want to look around, and they are always happy to let you.
That said, no one is going to find these deals unless they go to the same Sam's Club the OP went to. Just like Wal-Mart, Sam's Club clearance deals are always specific to one store.

My Sam's has crazy prices on their games as well... but it's in the opposite direction.
Example: Ice Age for the Wii: $62, Resistance for PS3: $68, SMB for the Wii: $59... yes, all of those prices are ABOVE RETAIL at the "Discount Warehouse"...

Yes, my sams club has "above retail" prices for games as well, super monkey ball wii for like 56$ etc..
They also price gouge us on milk when I can get milk at wegmans for 2.09 a gallon and sam's charges like 2.75 or 3$ a gallon, honestly I don't even know why we are members there.

Get a membership instead. If you show them a business card, you can get a 1-year membership for $35. Got one last week and picked up a 360 wireless racing wheel for $120. I think that's the universal Sam's Club sale price and not a YMMV. Got some good deals there.

Are you sure? Milk in some States are regulated by the State so they have to remain a certain price. Not too sure about NY but PA is like that.

I don't care what people hoard. It's actually smarter to hoard, especially if you can sell them for 10x minimum. That's how a business makes money. Great find man. I just wish the nearest Sam's wasn't an hour away otherwise I would go look.

What is the big f'n deal if someone wants to make a profit? Ever think they have bills to pay and maybe they need the extra cash? Get the **** off of people's backs alright. It's not ****ing right. So what if someone makes a profit. It's not going to effect you in any way unless you live in the same damn city which is highly unlikely. Besides, he's probably going to use the money for more gaming.
You're a moron if you think you're better than someone else because you don't resell a game.
I mean this guy is very smart and so are others who do the same. They purchase a game and some copies to sell.... so they basically get their game for free plus a few extra bucks for other games. The company that makes the games still get the money and if people want to buy their game from the guy (by choice might I add) because it's still cheaper than retail, why the **** should you complain. No one is keeping you from finding your own deal at your local store.
I could maybe see the claim if you lived in the same are but you don't. So shut the **** up and stop pretending you're better than others.
I rather buy a game from a guy like him through eBay than a GameStop or other ripoff store.

You people are complaining about someone "hoarding" at a wholesale store? At a store that REQUIRES a membership and sells most everything except games, movies, and jewelry in BULK?! I'd rather a cag make some mass profit instead of some convenience store owner or cell phone shop guy selling them in his misc items window.
I do think he should have put this in bragging rights though, it's extremely "YMMV" and I'm pretty sure 9/10 of us don't have a Sam's or don't have membership.

I am 100% positive about the variation in milk prices here, as we have gone to multiple stores on the same day and sams was like 2.75 or 2.80 a gallon, and wegmans was 2.09 a gallon, heck if you go to delta sonic you can get a gallon of milk for 1.99!
They NEVER have any good video games in my sam's club, they are all overpriced, either that or its kid-game x that didn't sell at other stores, I would be better off going to gamestop to buy my games as I would be saving myself more money. I wonder if sam's is getting out of selling video games, they never have anything new at my location, didn't even have Pokemon D/P and all the other stores around here had plenty of copies left.

People like you are the ones being referenced, in regard to site becoming more like FW. You can't assume that everyone would have done the same. I'd like to think that the spirit of this site is still more about spreading the wealth of a deal, rather than the greed associated with picking up every copy of a game/games for resale. It isn't something to spaz out about either way.

I don't have a Sam's around me but I'll sure go and check those out. That plus go to Costco to see if they have a copy of TH for the 360. We need an employee of Sam's to let us know more information about the markdown process. It looks like what they do at Target except the MD's don't go into effect unless someone takes action on it. If I could get cheap games from Sam's from time to time, it would probably be worth the membership. As far as hoarding is concerned, I don't care as much if you pass a couple of them on to CAGs since for the most part you look for cheap games because of this site. If you want to make a profit on a couple, then sell a couple here that would be ok with me. If you buy 10 just for greed then that doesn't belong here.
I know I'm considered new here, but I know that there's a pretty large handful of CAG's that would have "hoarded" those games too. Difference is, they'd have done it and brought them straight to CAG, and sold them off for a couple bucks of profit for their gas, shipping, and time. There's the arguement.
Take from the community, give back to the community.

The sams i went to was not in the "sacramento area" for people that keep saying it was in sacramento.

Which sams did you go to??? I didn't get these from sacramento and I hardly call buying 2 extra copies of Madden and Sponebob and 1 extra copy of a few other games hoarding. And as far as crash goes meh... And then on top of all that. Do you know how many people come on here and stock up on deal I bought a few extra copies of some crappy games. Because all the games you see i bought i didn't have them. And like i said this was not in the sacramento area that i got these games because there were so many extra copies of other games that i didn't bother with its not even funny. Like PS3 and PSP etc... I don't have those systems so I didn't buy those games The only reason i bought extra copies is to save for when they have trade in 2 get 1 free type of deals.

You shouldnt bash people because then they won't post the deal.
But at the same time hording is wrong. You shouldnt buy 10 of 1 game.
And at least he admitted it. He didnt have to say he got them all.
I try to help people out and since i bought a few extra copies people freak out it back to just reading for me no more posting.
You can't help people out if you a) delete your posts and b) mark it as YMMV, and not reveal location.
Man up.

Dood, then TELL us WHERE you picked them up please. If there's "so many extra copies" of other games for other systems then us fellow CAG's in Nor Cal would love to know where this treasure trove is.
Plus, it's hard for me to believe you when your excuse of buying the extras for the trade 2 get 1 free type of deal is not exactly truthful when you already have a bunch of extras up on ebay. Or does that guy just happen to have the exact color carpet you do as well as the exact same extra games?
