Aw that scan comes from the label's 'future releases' catalogue that stores use to order product... I remember those.
I used them to pick out which CDs I wanted free promos of. Those were the days.

How the hell is this bad? The band was in the first fucking game! If anything its a sign they're trying to maintain a similar track list to the other games.

Well, according to that scan they also have a track in Rock Band, so I suppose they're sticking with the publisher AND developer. ;)
