i'm selling my xbox 360 but i don't want my account to be there for the seller. i just want to delete it and recover it when i get the new one. how do i do this?

Did you try calling Microsoft support? I'll ask a buddy of mine that had the same problem.

you can completly wipe out your hard drive. go through the settings.

Last time I cancelled my subscription I called up 1-800-4-MY-XBOX. But that was back on the Xbox 1.

Ya, you should be able to delete everything on your harddrive/memory card. That would do it.
