I have a 20% off coupon that expires in a week or so and I wanted to use it on the elite but TRU doesn't have them here in the Sacramento area. Anyone pick one up there? or know if they will ever carry them?

no, the unit is just THAT elite. only the finest xbox retailers cary them. they contain so much more eagle.

If you have the same 20% coupon that I do (which came in the mail attached to a magazine) it says on the back that you can't use the discount on videogame hardware.
I've been thinking about using my coupon for a 120 GB hard drive but I doubt my local TRU has any.

No mine has no exclusions. got it my some promotion from my credit card. i showed it to the TRU manager and he told me it would work but he didn't know if they would get the elites.

I remember reading here on CAG that people have purchased Elites at TRU, so yours is probably just sold out and/or waiting for a shipment.
