Hey, now I will actually use GameFly! Its about freaking time too.
I will get really fast turnarounds now, I only live 1 state away from the new distribution center.

I'm willing to be it will still be slow.
Nice to see that the entire midsection of this fine nation called America gets left out once again. That's why I use GameRang, with centers in the east, west, midwest, and south.

Even more confusing is why it's not servicing MA, NY, NH, RI, VT, ME

I can't find any sort of press release about it, but I just got an email from Gamefly stating that they are opening a new warehouse in Tampa, Florida. Woohoo! Good news for us in the southeast as we were still getting shipments from California!

this happened about 2 years ago, and about 6 months after the "we'll ship out another game once we track your other one in transit" upgrade
they must be reporting this as new in order to gain more customers

Pittsburgh, yes, but I do believe Tampa is a new one. I was just piggybacking this thread as to not start another.

Tampa, eh? I'm in southwest Florida, and when I tried Gamefly I still got my shipments from CA and it took forever. I promptly cancelled. This may give me reason to start again if they actually ship my games from Tampa (only a 2.5-3 hour drive from here).

Gamefly shipping from Cali when you're on the east coast makes the service complete crap. I'm surprised they don't ship all games for the East coast from the Pittsburgh center.
