Question about recovering Gamertag.

I owned a 360 about 2 months and it broke so I've been surviving with my Wii for the past 6 months but I am really thinking about getting another 360 and my question is this: If I recover my Gamertag, will I be able to redownload all the content I had already purchased (Arcade games, UFC fights, Demos) again free of charge??????? Yep. You'll only be able to play it while you're signed in, but you won't have to pay for it again.
