quick forum noob question-UNNOOBIFIED

how do i change the phrase on top of my avatar? right now it says CAGveteran and ive seen many people with phrases that are obviously custsom made...so if theres a way please tell lol

It used to require one thousand posts, but I think it might have been changed to one year. It used to default to "1k posts and all I got was this crappy user title" or something like that while now it defaults to "CAGiversary", I think.
