Not fair... not fair at all. I've had my Creative Zen Vision M for a year. It is the 30 gig version. All of a sudden, without notice, it started going speradic on me. The headphone jack doesn't work properly. I have to twist and turn the headphones to get it to work. The system randomly shuts down every 3 minutes for no reason. Sometimes, it just goes to the radio. And some how, the headphone jack effects all of this... If i turn the headphones, i can turn it off. If i don't push it far into the jack (sexual puns aside), it won't work properly. Any help? I can't get it repaired because it has been over the waranty for 1 month. Would reseting and re uploading my music help? Or should I just get a new MP3 player. I would hate to make such a huge investment after only having this one for 1 year...
