I saw one at Target about 2 weeks ago for $7.48. TRU also has them on clearance but YMMV on price (my local TRU had them for $4.98 a while ago but have since sold out)

Gamestop has them used for $14.99+ tax. The trouble with these is that they were poorly made, so you may actually buy/exchange a few at gamestop before you find a working set.
I've seen them at Target, but for the ridiculoous price of $29.99. Since Target drops are usually regional, you may not find the good offer that YoshiFan1 is mentioning.

Thanks for the info, I found one today at Gamestop sealed, but was selling for $20.
