Searching for a wireless USB adapter

I'm looking to get a wireless USB adapter. I've already had bad luck with a linksys one that was broken out of the box so I thought i would ask here for recommendations.

My computer is getting a little cramped so I'm not sure if it would be a good idea to fill up another pci slot for an internal one, hence the interest in a USB one.
