I think I remember seeing that one, but it must not have been funny enough to stick well in my memory. My favorite video game commercial is still the SOCOM II one with "Jester" staring at two chicks.

The Ratchet and Clank commercials were definitely the best video game commercials that come to mind.

I did like the ad for US FF III in which they knew it would be pointless to try explaining the game in a brief TV spot or trying to impress non-RPG fans with the graphics, so instead the commercial was really just an announcement with Mog auditioning monsters by blasting them to smears on the floor. It also tied in well with the cover art of the US version

I agree...I've been trying to find a place to download it for quite some time.
The best thing was Mog was so surly sounding, like an old burned out talent agent. He just kept screaming out "NEXT!" and blasting them with lightning. Plus all the characters looked like miniature animatronics...sorta like the CA Raisins...

My favorite game commercials are still th new N-Gage ones. The system and games suck, but those new commercials with the samurai's monsters and soldiers are genius.
