They probably just need to dump a pile of white P&C kits. Because people who couldn't find Elites just got Cores and the 120GB HDD. Since the Core comes with a wired controller, the P&C kit is not needed. That's my theory anyway. Would explain why the black P&C kit is still $20 on the same site.
