I was told by a worker at Gamestop that rather than trade in Eternal Darkness for Gamecube for only $5.75 that I should sell it on Ebay because it's kinda rare. Is this true? I checked the prices and they're all around regular Gamestop selling price of $15. I want to purchase stuff in the upcoming BTGO sale and figure it would be better as store credit. However, if I can make more then why not? I just don't want to put it up and then have it not sell.

Lowest on half.com is $17.95...highest is just under $33. Color me surprised as hell.

well a couple went for $23-$25 a week ago on ebay. So you could sell it for more there and take the money to GS during their upcoming B2G1 free sale.

I paid 9.99 for my copy at a TRU clearance a few years back. Great game.

$5.75 now versus a hypothetical gross $15 not counting fees. So really how much am I gaining by putting it out there in hopes someone might buy it? $5. That's my dilemna. Not counting.

Assuming your copy isn't disk only and scratched to hell, you should get more than $15, this seems like a no-brainer. Also, fees really aren't that much.
You should be able to get 15-20 for it. I picked up a copy during the last B2G1 as filler because I couldnt find another game I wanted. Its not rare, but it is far less common than the other great games for GC.

I bought my copy when EB originally had it for $9.99 used (and in great shape). The guy who rang me up kept telling me about how much of a great deal it was.
Later on, around the holidays, I see another complete copy in pretty good shape for $5 at another place. I decided to buy it as a Christmas gift for a friend and he enjoyed the game and still owns it.

I ended up wanting to keep it so I put it up for $13.49 just to see if anyone would buy and someone did. Awesome.
