Is there any way to make this LCD Monitor work as a TV?

And if so, what else do I need to do/buy?

(I just bought a 20'' standard TV from Walmart for $150, and wanted to know if I should return that and do something with an LCD monitor for TV)

Get a TV tuner card for your PC and any monitor will work.

Cable line... the main tv has Digital Cable box... my room just has a cable white coax thing... (I don't want to use my PC)... I just want the LCD monitor for use with Xbox 360 and for Cable.

Hate to break it to ya but if you don't use your computer you're going to need some kind of external tuner for the cable, there's no other way. They make tuner boxes that'll connect via VGA or DVI but you'll be paying more for those than you would a tuner card for the PC.

A tuner card for your computer won't look as good as a regular TV. And to connect a 360 to it, just get a VGA cable.
