3/10. You have a lot of games, but nearly all of them are garbage. There's some good ones in there, but they're so overwhelmingly overshadowed by crap that I can't even consider giving it above a 3.

Sorry, but KOTOR(much like Halo), is not the end all game for XBox.

Personally, I thought KOTOR sucked ass and my copy I bought from Kmart for $2 is still sitting unopened in my collection. I bought it prior to ummm 'renting' it from GS(by buying it, then saying it sucked and returning it). For $2, I'm not gonna cry if I keep it in my collection forever, unopened.

But, that turn based actiony bullshit is NOT my thing. I hated all the Final Fantasy games for that very reason and I loathed KOTOR for the same.

eh, I was mostly joking, and wasn't taking his collection seriously. The thread just read "make fun of my collection" all over it. I do love KOTOR, but I understand a lot of people hate turn-based action games. I have no problem with that.

But seriously, I will probably give it another whirl with a buddy of mine, I don't even recall if it's multi player or not. If it is, I may look past the turn based crappyness and try to finish it, since I consider keeping unopened games on the shelf a waste unless I'm going to play them. And, I've mainly been playing multi player action RPG and just action titles lately with my buddy on his families hdtv.

But personally, I don't see why that game gets such rave reviews, as the whole turn based thing is kind of mediocre imo.

If you hate turn based rpg's then why would you be qualified to rate it in the first place? Many people enjoy the game simply for it's incredible story. If that's not your thing, then that's not your thing. You shouldn't trash something just because you don't understand it. Doing that makes you no better than Jack Thompson.
