1. The second sentence of the first paragraph starts out too similar to the first. Maybe change that?
2. Replace "practically" with "essentially."
3. The whole "from the moment I was off to defeat Garland" thing... mebbe "From the moment the journey began?" It just sounds kinda weird to say from the moment I was off, but maybe it's just me.
4. Amazing graphic and music overhaul should be amazing graphical and musical overhaul. (Btw, I'm happy to hear the music is good now.)
5. Random encounters are very high should be "random encounters are very frequent."
6. People go crazy, not Berserk. Unless you're trying to be cute and use a FF reference.
7. Difficulty is turned down should be toned down
8. If you aren't too strong should be if you aren't strong enough
9. Oodles? C'mon.
Anyway, these are pretty much all stylistic things that I think would be good to change, but they're not something critical. I didn't really check for grammar, but nothing jumped out as being so stupid that it was stopid.
So yeah, interesting review. I'm only interested in the main quest myself, but it looks like I'll be picking this up.

Thanks again Chacrana. I also took your suggestions to expand on the graphics and gameplay. Write up your review and I'll be glad to return the favor.
