Ebay site not working?

Is this happening for anyone else? It is now 4:45 pm central.

This is the message I get.

Http/1.1 Service Unavailable

I have auctions ending soon so I am hoping this is just somehow a problem for me.

Yep had that before. Also seen the message server to busy. Myspace and Hotmail is annoying with that at times. I rarely see it anywhere else. I just checked it. It is working for me.
