There are 6 Autobots and 6 Decepticons in the set.

I picked up the Decepticon faceplate last week and it was $20. It's worth noting that the faceplate is swappable with other Transformers layouts. A set of 12 is included with the faceplate. There's a Decepticon logo where the power button is, it has a chrome USB flap with the TF logo on it and there is also chrome on the memory card flaps.

I saw the Decepticon plate at GS about a week ago and now I totally regret not getting it. Now I can't find it. Its OOS online as well.

I saw these at GameStop this past weekend. Buy.com had them up when I looked a few weeks ago, and you could use the $10 Google checkout deal. I'm sorely tempted to pick these up, but I can't quite justify paying money for a faceplate.

I grabbed the last Decepticon one this afternoon at EB. Pretty slick!

I nabbed the Decepticon faceplate for myself. About a week later, I saw the Autobot one and got it for a friend. They also have DS covers/case as well. (as well as PSP) Pretty nice! You can change out the pictures just like the 360 face plate.

that's exactly what they are like

edit: as seen a few posts down, they are the interchangable skince with a "polycarbonate" faceplate cover.

Make your own faceplates from anything, or download ones from the community.

It's the same exact idea as the Transformers ones. It's 12 graphic pages and plastic shell faceplate you slip the graphic into.

I saw it on Monday and had to have it - and I am completely against the concept of buying faceplates (at the prices they sell for, anyway). But for what you get - 12 interchangeable designs, logo on power button, nice chrome flap that says "Transformers", and if you ever get bored with the designs you can just print your own & slip them in. Plus, the kicker for me is that they are all old-school gen-1 designs. I couldn't say no.

Went to GameStop today at Picket Shopping Center in Fairfax and got the last Decepticons faceplate for $19.99. Didn't see any Autotbots faceplates but that was ok since I just wanted the Decepticons version. Going to put one of the Starscream plates on for now!

I went to GS to look for the face plate while getting my oil changed. They had sold out but they did thave the DS lite version:

I got the Decepicon DS Lite kit. It was 20 bucks not really cheap but the art and game cases looked too cool to pass up. And I know that once the movie hits I may never find this again.

The craziest part is I own a DS Phat but not a lite. But now when I get one, I have a case for it.

I don't have a digital cam here so I can't show images of it. But the pictures are almost exactly the same as the 360 faceplate version.

It has 12 characters each with a front (robot mode pic) and back (vehicle) mode. So you get 24 images.

In the pack is: Soundwave, Scorponok, Starscream, Skywarp, Megatron, Sockwave, Brawl, Razorclaw, Bonecrusher, Barricade, Vortex, and Frenzy (blue Rumble)

I didn't know why they picked Barricade or Bonecrusher over say Devastator. But then I remembered Barricade & Bonecrusher are in the movie. So it kinda makes sense.
