I'm going to be out of town for a week, so I was considering in purchasing a portable DVD player. I'm requesting any reputable but inexpensive players you might be aware of. It doesn't have to be anything fancy, just cheap yet durable (anti-skip protection, internal parts that won't break easily). Widescreen preferable, along with the ability to run DVD-RWs.

Anything cheaper? I thought portable players were as low as $30-$40 nowadays.

Don't buy one for 50.. I made that mistake. Thing crapped out in a week. Cept I think it was 30$.

(The brand was insignia btw, shitty bestbuy brand)

I knew what I was getting into, so I probably deserved it.
