Gamefly and the mystery of the missing disc

So Gamefly apparently shipped out Big Brian Wii to me a while ago and one day later send out Rayman... well I got Rayman and Big Brain is still MIA, so I filed a missing disc thingy through their website.

Does anyone have any idea how long it takes to resolve these things because it is really hampering the whole 2-games-at-once plan I signed up for.

I have had this happen, and it only took about 2-3 days before they issued another game. They just told me that if I received the missing disc to send it back.

They usually require you to wait one week before notifying them about a missing game. After that, it usually takes 2-3 days before it gets cleared up and they send out another.

I don't know about you, but either Gamefly is dicking me over, or the postal workers have sticky fingers as I've had several games either not reach me or not get back to Gamefly.
