Toys R Us has it for $35 no stock online just in store.

EB has it for $35 as well. I had a pre-order on it when it was supposedly $39.99. I put Warioware: Smooth Moves ($38 Credit) towards it. The sales associate gave me $3 + tax on a gift card because the system wouldn't let her put it on an Edge card.
