I want to sell this and it is one of those multiple games in one. I would of course say that it was not an official game. Just wondering if it would get pulled or not?

It could get pulled, but I seem to see a handful of bootlegs get through

Yes, it is illegal to sell counterfeits or bootleg games.
It depends some of them might or might not get pulled. if they float under the radar from moderators or ebay lookers they will not be pulled. Basically the longer it's there, the higher your chances it will get pulled. During the gamestop buy 2 get 1 free sale some of the guy game i sold slip through the cracks and some got shut down.

It most likely would get pulled. If you make it a short auction, and make it obvious that it's a bootleg, maybe someone will buy it before it gets pulled. Just don't get too many strikes against you and lose your ebay account. :)
Personally, I wouldn't risk it.

Tell me what titles are on that cart and I may purchase it off of your hands for cheap.

Don't make it obvious it's a bootleg. Just say it has a bunch of games on it. You found it when you bought a lot of games from somewhere. Just list it as game boy game and you don't know much more than that. The last thing you want to do is knowingly sell something counterfit or bootleg or something like that. Just keep the description vague and for those that know what they're looking at and still want it they will buy it and for those that dont know what it is they'll stay away from it. I know I've willingly bought some bootleg stuff from ebay.

i posted one similar to this before but that was years ago and it got canned within 2 days. just make sure you post it quick, a 3 day listing would be good. also, you are sorta jeopardizing ebay account. once this gets pulled you will be issued a warning. if i were you i wouldnt do it, just cause they'll give you a warning. but then again if this goes through without problems, the auction could end from between $20 to $50 depends..ive seen a few of these go through and they always ended high, but then again that was years ago, not sure about it now.

Actually.... it may not be illegal to sell it. If the games aren't licensed, and are homebrew, you are allowed to sell them. I'm pretty sure it doesn't have to have Nintendo's seal.
List the games that are on the cart, and maybe you can sell it legally.

Thats true, if it doesn't have licensed games on it you should be fine, unfortunately that looks like it has lots of licensed games on it. It is a bootleg/counterfeit and illegal to sell it on ebay. Its not worth jeapordizing your account over. There is even a special section in ebay's policies that states you are not allowed to sell unauthorized multi-game video games or consoles with licensed games built in.
