Buyer is never available to receive package?

I recently was able to auction off three profitable items. One got there within a day and they accepted it. Another was delivered on the 14th, and just now says delivered by USPS. Another, the highest of the three, was attempted to be delivered on the 13th, and no activity since then.

As a seller, do I have any more obligations? I believe I abode by the Paypal seller policy, and I did put insurance on it. I decided to have Paypal transfer my money to my bank account just in case, though.

did they contact you yet?...its possible their mail could be on hold and would have been scanned attempted until they pick it up or it gets delivered

another more likely possiblity is that a notice was dropped off and they havent picked it up yet...insured items only get 1 attempt and then wait at the post office untill it is picked up

The second is a much better possibility, although them saying 'will be returned if...' makes me want them to pick it up pronto.
