So recently someone bought an item for me [http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=008&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&viewitem=&item=180123600755&rd=1&rd=1]

And now they reported me, I never got an email from him, he had made it a paypal claim instantly.

I already responed to what he had said,

https://www.paypalobjects.com/WEBSCR-460-20070615-1/en_US/i/scr/pixel.gif Hi, this system was already tried to be fixed, is totaly burned, almost all screws are missing, CPU heatsink doesn't work, the GPU heatsink is broken, part of the motherbord has scratches, the chasis is cut, the faceplate is broken, the DVD drive doesn't open properly, one controller is totally different from pictures and is broken too, the hard drive doesn't work, and the headset doesn't work properly, the paint is ugly and bad, the x-clamps are missing and some times the system doesn't power on, and only shown 2 red lights, and anything of all these were specified on the auction, and the shipping was slower, i want to receive all my money back, because this junk doesn't work for parts neither. Thanks

In another one he says that he does not want to pay shipping?

In my auction i describe everything, and take detailed pictures of the items,

I think he is trying to make up stuff..

What should i do?

Well, is he making up stuff, or is it true?

Your "detailed" pics are VERY blurry.http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-1751-2978-71/1?AID=5463217&PID=1312731&mpre=http%3A//cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll%3FViewItem%26ih%3D008%26sspagename%3 DSTRK%3AMEWA%3AIT%26viewitem%3D%26item%3D180123600 755%26rd%3D1%26rd%3D1

You put down as is. He is trying to make a bigger deal than what it is. I haven't had this problem. I really dont know what to tell you. You said he did a chargeback where he can get his money on paypal correct? If you said anything about returns I would have him send it back and then you give him his money. If you mentioned nothing about returns. He should have read it better. I really dont think it is your fault. You sold it as is and people who buy stuff like that always gets mad. Ive never sold something that way,but I have read alot that have. I would tell him straight up that there is no return's and get the money out of your paypal account. I dont think they can do a chargeback when it is empty I may be wrong.

I had stated it all the stuff was working except the console, and that i had tried to fix it..

He reported it to paypal so i have 30 days to see who paypal goes with,

And everyone says paypal always decided in the buyers favor?

Yeah seems that way. Paypal really sucks lately. Main reason I dont sale console's or anything that has something wrong with it on ebay. :)

So what can i do anything?

One question if he does win, and he sends it back in to me, what happens if its just an empty box, or parts of it are dammaged more than before?

I really dont trust that. I doubt he would send it back maybe he will. I dont think you can do much about it. I know that isn't what you wanted to hear but it is probley the turth.

If i dont get my item back in full, with every in the same condition, i will not give him his money back..

People say to close your account..

But can't they still track you and stuff?

Here's the question are you able to close your account when something like that is going on? Did you get all your money out and ect? Then later on it would be a little bit of trouble to make another one. I guess it is worth a shot closeing it.

You think like me. I guess it is possible, but I really doubt it. You should just keep the ebay proof where you put sold as is. I had a problem similar expect it was over a game. She told me she did't have the game. So I canceled the money order. I got the game told her and she was demanding her money. So I had to wait a while and she filed I didt pay and said something about cops coming and ect. That is a load of crap. I finally paid her and literly told her never to contact me again and she hasn't.

If i have a negitve balance, can they go after my bank account?

I really doubt it. Dont quote me though. Im sure if they went after your bank account you could be able to do something about it. Instead of the regular paypal crap. I did hear something about some guy being in the negative because he didt have money in paypal and they got it from the other source. I dont think they can,but if they can it would't surpise me. Paypal is really strange lately they side with the buyer. A good example is this dude sold a ps3 brand new great guy. Yet it got there and the saler claimed it was broken. So what happen the one who sold the item is out the system and the money.

If there's a formal complaint to paypal the odds are the money is already out of your account...if you had a paypal balance, it was taken from there...if you had no paypal balance, they've reached into your checking account and pulled it out of there. Now the money isn't gone, but it is in limbo during the dispute. They do this exactly to prevent people from closing their accounts to avoid losing money in a dispute and you've already authorized this when you signed up ..if you win the dispute, you get the money back...if not, you can file a claim under the sellers protection plan, assuming that you followed the rules necessary for that protection (ship only to the address paypal provides, have tracking info, ship in a timely manner and respond to paypal's questions in a prompt manner).
